Is Arisugawa-san lonely? Rinko wants to make friends but she is going on a flight and leaving! Oh no! Will they catch her in time? Will Rinko make friends? Will there be a new Jewelpet? Watch to find out!
Full Synopsis (Spoilers)[]
Rinko notices Arisugawa looking at her so she asks her if she wants to get some Kamaboko from a new store which opened but she then second guesses herself since Arisugawa comes from a rich family and probably doesn't want to eat plain old Kamaboko. Rinko notices Arisugawa seems sad after she said that. She also notices her friends who follow her around at school don't want to take her offer for tea at her house. Rinko tells Asaoka that she feels Arisugawa is lonely but Ruby and Garnet say they need to focus on finding the Jewelpets. However, it turns out there may be one at Arisugawa's house so they go to visit her in her huge mansion. Arisugawa seems happy to have visitors.
Garnet and Ruby go searching around for the Jewelpet charm and find it in Arisugawa's room but they get caught by Arisugawa's staff. Arisugawa thinking they are just there for her jewels and riches so she is upset. Rinko really wanted to be friends tho so she is down to. Arisugawa cries in her room since her riches make it hard to find true friends and she hears the Jewel charm talk to her. Rinko, Garnet and Ruby look up the Jewelpet charm they found and they explain it is the Jewelpet of friendship Sapphie. Rinko hopes with this Jewelpet's help they can become friends with Arisugawa but then the teacher at school says she is moving away to transfer to a school in Britain.
Rinko rushes to the airport with the help of their government official friend Tatewaki to stop Arisugawa before it is too late. They awaken Sapphie from the Jewel Charm and explain to Arisugawa their situation so she doesn't think they were there to steal her money. Rinko says she can make Arisugawa her friend with Sapphie's magic but she doesn't want her to use a magic spell to make their friendship. She wants a real friendship! Then Sapphie uses her magic anyway and a celebrity rushes towards Arisugawa and says she is his friend. Sapphie says she used her magic on someone else since Rinko was already friends with Arisugawa. Arisugawa takes the plane but then turns up in class the next day. It turns out it was just an excuse to skip class for a day.
