Synopsis[]
Diana puts a curse on Azabu's little sister Misaki so she can't understand her school work anymore. Now she doesn't want to study and she is skipping school! Can they encourage Misaki to study again?
Plot (Spoilers)[]
The herb thieves and Diana are becoming more active in their attempts at luring out Jewelpets for their Jewel charms and so they target a young student to lure out the Jewelpet of study, Prase. After the student is cursed by Diana's magic spell, she can no longer understand their school work at all. Rinko, Minami, Aoi, Ruby, Garnet and Sapphie are hanging out and they practice some magic. Ruby is failing yet again. Later they discover that Azabu's little sister Misaki is arguing with her about not wanting to study anymore. She also hanging out with some new kids which seem like delinquents around the same age. It is made clear Azabu's little sister Misaki is the one under the curse.
They try to talk to Azabu about it but she doesn't seem to want their help. Azabu doesn't turn up to school so they send Ruby, Garnet and Sapphie to find out what is going on at their house and they find Azabu trying to help Misaki to study and they end up arguing again. The Jewelpets pass on info of the event to Rinko, Minami and Aoi and they see the situation seems more serious than they thought. They chase down Misaki as she goes to hang out with the delinquents near the pier. They try to talk to her but she is still angry with her older sister claiming she only cares about studying.
Rinko tells her not to run away from her problems and use excuses and to try again. Rinko tells her to use her courage. This seems to get to her but then the delinquents challenge Rinko to a test of courage. The challenge is whoever turns away from the end of the pier first loses. Rinko makes Misaki promise to study again if she wins. Ruby tries to use her magic to help Rinko but instead makes the breaks on the bike disappear instead. This works out in the end as Rinko can't stop at the end of pier even when she wanted to.
Azabu watches the whole thing and her and Misaki make up soon after making a new Jewelpet charm appear. They open the Jewelpet charm and Prase the Jewelpet of study appears. Prase uses her magic and breaks the curse. Azabu appears later at school and confirms Misaki got a 100 on her latest test. She pretends she is still angry with them since they stole Aoi from her but she is secretly thankful.
