Jewel Land as it appears in Jewelpet Twinkle☆.

Jewel Land (ジュエルランド Jueru Rando?) is the homeworld of the Jewelpets. It is parallel to the Human World.

Overview[]

Jewel Land is a magical place where all Jewelpets live. The whole place is entirely made of jewels and stardust filled with colored trees, magical gemstone bushes and crystals. The whole geography is composed of two islands: the main island and the uninhabited smaller one.

Jewelpets study magic in Jewel Land, sometimes with their fellow humans and magicians, whom they also are friends with. Magic and Alchemy are the main education sectors there.

Locations[]

Depending on the series, there are several notable places in Jewel Land.

In Jewelpet, there is the Jewel Tower, which the Four Great Magicians of Jewel Land live. There is also the Strawberry Café, a famous spot where Jewelpets get together for some special occasions (it also appeared in Twinkle☆ and Sunshine).

In Jewelpet Twinkle☆, there is the Magic Academy, where all Jewelpets and their human partners attend Magic Classes to study magic and alchemy. Another interesting location in Jewel Land is its Orbital Rings, which are composed of several jewels. In the Orbital Ring lies the forbidden weapon, the Battest. It was sealed in the Orbital Rings due to the powerful Dark Magic it contains and almost destroyed Jewel Land.

In Jewelpet Sunshine, there is the Sunshine Academy, where both Jewelpets, humans, creatures, anthropomorphic and non-anthropomorphic animals came to study, as well as a dormitory for them to stay within the academy.

In Jewelpet Kira☆Deco!, a place called Jewel Town is located in the land, where all Jewelpets live peacefully in the course of the series. In the town, there is a small shop called Kira-Kira Shop, which is owned by Ruby and in it, she sells jewels for decoration.

In Jewelpet Happiness, there is a school called Jewel Academy, where humans attend school. It includes education from kindergarten to university. There is also a café called Jewelpet Café Happiness, which is opened by the Jewelpets and is a place where Jewel Academy students come to relax and eat.

In Lady Jewelpet, there are two known central locations: Jewel Palace and Royal Palace. Jewel Palace is used for training Petite Ladies and Princes, while Royal Palace is for training candidates with higher results and greater talents, and they can compete for the title of Lady Jewel and King.

In Jewelpet Magical Change, the only known location is the Jewel Castle. When Jewel Land started to lose its magic, Jewel Castle fell through the clouds and broke into the Human World, but still under the spell of its concealing magic, which separates Jewel Land and the Human World. This resulted in humans not being able to access the fallen Jewel Castle directly.

Jewelpet[]

When Jewel Land and the Human World were in a mutually relationship Dian turn the humans into stone himself. They called it the Dian Incident. When all the witches gathered there power they sealed Dian. Afterwards the humans frame the Jewelpets as dangerous thus ending the Jewelpet and human cooperation.[2] Afterwards the Jewelpets and human lived in peace but Diana, in hopes of free her brother, started to collect human suffering to upgrade herself but she was stopped.[3].

In JP01, three magicians turned the Jewelpets into Jewel Charms so they can rest calmly in the Sleeping Forest while cleaning the town, with the exception of Ruby. But during the pelican's delivery of the charms in the forest, a strong wind blew him off, causing the Jewel Charms to scatter all across Takaragaseki City on Earth. Ruby, now being punished, is sent to Earth to retrieve her friends.

Jewelpet Sunshine[]

Jewel Land is the main setting of the season, where the Sunshine Academy is located. It is created and maintained by Jewelina.

Jewelpet Kira☆Deco![]

In the Legends of Jewel Land, the Jewelpets were born from the love and caring of their queen, Jewelina. However, a strange meteor crashes into the Mirror Ball, destroying it into a million pieces and its fragments called "Deco Stones" were all scattered in Jewel Land.

Jewelpet Magical Change[]

Because humans no longer believe in magic, the magic that support Jewel Land grew weak and the Jewel Castle fell; so Ruby and Luea went to the human world to train and grew their magic power but they ended up separating.[4] There are Jewel Gates to and from the Jewel Land.[5][6][7]
