Trivia[]

  • This is the first incarnation of the Jewelpet anime franchise to use Flash animation instead of being traditionally drawn.
  • The spin-off is based on the style drawn by Mako Morie, the same artist who drew the manga of Jewelpet and Jewelpet Twinkle☆, also the artist of the Jewelpet anime series' manga on the Japanese monthly children's magazine Pucchigumi.
  • Attack Travel was also the last content made for the franchise until 2022’s Jewelpet Attack Travel, which took place in the Sunshine continuity via Teacher Iruka appearing. At that same time, Toys “R” Us Japan took all Jewelpet related items and things off their website and shelves, the costumed characters were taken out of Puriland, and the musicals ended their runs — Rather than that, along with a pop-up shop for 2024, Jewelpet getting ranked lower and lower in the Sanrio rankings, Ruby appearing at Sanrio Puroland in her witch costume and cameos from Ruby and the others in Rilu Rilu Fairilu. Jewelpet has gotten any content whatsoever minus fancontent from fans, Sanrio isn’t in talks if they will even do anything for the 16th anniversary of the animation/anime and there aren’t talks of bringing it to the states even though Webkinz nor Neopets are popular anymore.
