Synopsis[]
Long ago in Jewel Land, the Jewelpets were born from the love and care of their queen, Jewelina. Jewelina loved to dance and danced endlessly under her Mirror Ball, along with her faithful Jewelpets. However, a strange meteor crashed into the Mirror Ball, shattering it into a million pieces and its fragments, called Deco Stones, were scattered across Jewel Land. As a result, the sorrowful Jewelina turned into stone, and the Jewelpets have scattered.
In the present time, Ruby, owner of the Kira-Kira Shop, leads a normal life in Jewel Town along with her friends: the rich Garnet, bookstore owner Sapphie and cops Angela and Labra. Ruby has a thing for sparkly decoration and loves to collect anything that sparkles and shines.
When Ruby and the others learn about the legend of the Mirror Ball and the Deco Stones, they all decide to go and search for them. While they are searching, a meteor suddenly crashes and from it appear the KiraDeco 5, a group of humans who came from Earth in search of the Deco Stones in order to save their world from the Eternal Darkness. Together, the Jewelpets and the KiraDeco 5 search for the Deco Stones together.
