Asaoka wants to confess to Miyamoto! Can she do it? Will a new Jewelpet appear? What is Asaoka's secret? Watch to find out!
Full Synopsis (Spoilers)[]
Asaoka fancies Miyamoto, a boy from her school in the sword training class. She keeps trying to confess her feelings to him but doesn't have the courage to go through with it. Meanwhile Rinko and her family are given a special connection to the magic kingdom through their computer laptop by the government so they can talk to the magic kingdom leaders about their mission to find the other Jewelpets. Ruby goes to school with Rinko and everyone fusses over her. Rinko notices Asaoka is down so she goes to talk to her. She asks to talk in her room but she refuses. Apparently, she doesn't let anyone in her room. Rinko says that Ruby can use her magic to help her have the courage to confess to Miyamoto. Ruby casts the spell and Asaoka tries to confess the next day but ends up failing over and over again as she keeps having bad luck preventing her from talking to him.
Then Miyamoto reveals he wants to invite Asaoka to help in a competition but he wont because she is a girl. Asaoka ends up crying and a new Jewelpet is revealed. The Jewelpet of Love Garnet has appeared from Asaoka's tears, answering her call! So Rinko and Ruby use their Jewel opening spell to awaken Garnet but she refuses to help Asaoka since she smells from her sword training and runs away. Rinko and Ruby go looking her Garnet and find her in a tree. Rinko is scared of hights but she doesn't want to let down a good friend like Asaoka so she climbs the tree anyway to get Garnet for her. Asaoka used to beat up bullies for Rinko. Rinko then gets scared and falls out of the tree with Ruby saving her.
After seeing the effort Rinko went through, Asaoka shares her secret with Garnet. It turns out her room is full of pink frilly girly things and she hides it as it is embarrassing. After seeing the room Garnet finally uses her magic for Asaoka. Miyamoto comes rushing to Asaoka and seems to be confessing his feelings but it turns out he just loves Okonomiyaki (food the restaurant Asaoka's family owns serves). Rinko sees how happy Asaoka is to just spend time with her crush so in the end its all ok.
